What are we looking for?
To further increase our presence in Indian industries facing chemical risks, we are looking for experienced Back office / inside sales representative.
You will receive training in two stages: firstly, to understand PREVOR solutions, and secondly, to master our sales, management, and decision-making methods.
As an inside sales representative, you would work closely with the sales manager based in Mumbai and your responsibilities will then be:
- Ensure the billing of the existing user portfolio Renewal in accordance with the qualitative conditions defined by the commercial process.
- Handle commercial and qualitative aspects of orders from existing users.
- Coordinate training with the trainer and field sales representatives.
- Report to the service manager any potential needs to adapt sales scripts based on the results obtained or difficulties encountered in the process.
- Provide 100% active listening and a high level of information to users, in accordance with the delegation’s commercial process.
- Carry out your activities while ensuring compliance with company protocols at every stage of your work.
Your profile:
- You have around 3 years of experience as an inside sales representative / Back Office.
- Experience in the field of occupational risk prevention is highly valued.
- Sales-oriented background and experience in managing a customer portfolio.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in both oral and written English + Hindi (other languages is a plus)
- Special sensitivity towards helping others and team player.
- Knowledgeable in consultative selling techniques.
- Know how to build customer loyalty with existing users.
- Good listener, communicator, and a team player.
- Know how to question yourself and adapt.
- Integrity, tenacity, positivity.

- 2 trips per year in France (December and June)
